Status quo and development of continuous casting technology of heavy rail steel

Current status of continuous casting technology in China and its gap with industrial developed country were expounded in this paper.

The development of continuous casting technology in China, conventional continuous casting technology, thin-slab continuous casting and thin strip continuous casting are reviewed briefly.

Detection of workpiece defects based on photoelectric sensor and correlation technique;

Application of correlation technique to structural interpretation of Honghu area in Dagang oilfield.;

　Method and principle of on-line velocity measurement of mobile objects by using correlation technique is introduced.

According to the characteristic of the LCD image,the LCD image is processed by image smoothing arithmetic,image thresholding arithmetic and morphological technology arithmetic,and the coding method based on correlative technology is presented.
