性质:又称非放射性区(non-radiation region)。指核动力装置的非放射性区。反应堆堆芯释放出的热能由一回路冷却剂输送至蒸汽发生器,将热量传给二回路。蒸汽发生器所产生的蒸汽被送往汽轮机,进行发电。堆芯和一回路均有放射性,称作热区。二回路、汽轮机及其他堆外设备没有放射性,称作冷区。核电站中,一般称核岛部分为热区,常规岛部分为冷区。
