性质:电极反应为可逆的一类电极。可逆有下述三方面的含义。(1)热力学上,指电极界面通过正向微电流所产生的效应在逆向微.电流通过时能完全消除,电极各相达到平衡,故此种电极的电势又称平衡电势。(2)动力学上,指电极反应交换电流密度i0很大的电极。可根据i0与扩散电流密度id的对比关系衡量电极的可逆程度,如完全可逆电极(i0>>id)、准可逆电极(i0≈id)、不可逆电极(i0<<id)等。(3)实际上,指电势稳定且易重现的电极,在电化学测量中常用作参比电极。
