| 梅毒 syphilis 由苍白螺旋体引起的传染病。主要通过性交传染，是性传播疾病。分3期：①一期梅毒。即硬下疳 ，潜伏期2～4周，外生殖器部位发生暗红色硬肿块 、浅溃疡 ，有软骨样硬度，周围淋巴结肿大。②二期梅毒。在一期梅毒 1～2 个月之后，全身皮肤、粘膜发生对称泛发皮疹、斑疹、丘疹、脓疱疹等。粘膜可发生粘膜斑、扁平湿疣，传染性强。③三期梅毒。发生在感染后2～3年乃至10年，皮肤为树胶样肿，还可涉及骨、关节、心、血管，表现为主动脉炎、主动脉瓣闭锁不全和主动脉瘤等，侵及神经为脊髓痨 ，全身麻痹 ( 麻痹性痴呆 )。先天梅毒有早期先天梅毒，相当于后天二期，但较重。晚期先天梅毒与后天相似，但很少发生心、血管及神经病变。主要为实质性角膜炎、神经性耳聋、哈钦森氏齿 (上门齿中央切痕，下小上大，宽厚相等）、佩刀形胫骨等。各期之间可有潜伏梅毒，无症状，仅血清反应阳性。治疗使用青霉素或红霉素、四环素等。 |
