性质:又称内皮细胞黏附分子-1。由589个氨基酸组成,分子量115000。仅表达于内皮细胞的选择素。内皮细胞在受到细胞因子(如TNF-α、IL-1等)或内毒素的刺激后,迅速合成E选择素并转移到内皮细胞的管腔面。它通过与唾液酸化路易斯糖(s-Lex)及其同类异构物(s-Lea)、皮肤淋巴细胞相关抗原(CLA)的相互作用,使内皮细胞与中性粒细胞、单核细胞、CD4+记忆T细胞与内皮细胞发生黏附作用,为介导白细胞与内皮细胞之间起始阶段黏附的重要细胞黏附分子。
