吻合口溃疡

消化性溃疡经手术切除后在吻合口或吻合口附近肠粘膜上的复发性溃疡。本病男多于女，多于术后2～3年发病。症状与手术前消化性溃疡相似，但有不同的症状，以腹痛最为常见，多呈发作性上腹痛，且疼痛常可放射至背部。腹痛发作期较长，而缓解期较短，在食后或服制酸剂后可缓解。腹部压痛位置常与腹痛相符，位于脐部偏左处。X线检查可见溃疡龛影。治疗同消化性溃疡，药物治疗失败者可再行手术治疗。
