| 脑性瘫痪 cerebral palsy 由各种不同病因所致脑部损害的综合病征。病变常损伤锥体束和锥体外系。该病与脑缺氧、感染、外伤和出血有直接关系，如妊娠早期患风疹、带状疱疹或弓形虫病，妊娠中、晚期的严重感染、严重的妊娠高血压综合征、病理性难产等可致新生儿脑性瘫痪。 临床表现以运动障碍为主，常伴有智能低下和癫痫发作。痉挛性脑性瘫痪最为常见，约占70％。病变在运动区或锥体束，常表现为单瘫、偏瘫或截瘫；病变侵犯锥体外系，表现为不自主、不规则无目的的动作，睡眠时消失。 无特殊治疗方法，除癫痫发作时用药物控制以外，其余症状多为对症处理。应早期实行智力、心理的教育和训练。 |
