Methods The serum(or plasma) levels of IL-5 and TXB2 before the admission of hospital and after being treated were measured by ELISA and RIA (radioimmunoassay) method in 90 cases of acute exacerbations of asthma.
方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)及放射免疫法,分别测定90例患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-5(IL-5)及血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)水平,并同时做肺功能(FEV1%pre、FEV1/FVC、PEF%pre)测定。

性质:又称血栓素。是血小板以花生四烯酸为原料合成的一种前列腺素类物质,其作用与前列环素(pGI2)相反,有很强的小动脉收缩作用,并促发血小板凝集,活性型血栓噁烷(TXA2)不稳定,半寿期约30s,迅速转变成无活性的产物(TXB2)。TXA2和TXB2都含有由5个碳原子和1个氧原子组成的六元环,TXA2的六元环内还有一个内氧环。阿司匹林、吲哚美辛(消炎痛)、对乙酰氨基酚(醋氨酚)在体内通过抑制环加氧酶活性,减少前列腺素和血栓噁烷合成。
