方法用随机、双盲、平行对照、多中心临床试验,试验组113例,对照组112例,分别给予奥硝唑栓或甲硝唑栓,每日1枚(500mg)置入阴道,共5天。

Methods:A randomized,double-blind control and multicenter clinical trial enrolled 142 patients with bacterial infection and 130 patients with trichomonal vaginosis, who were randomized to inserted high into vagina with either ornidazole suppositories (500mg) or metronidazole suppositories (500mg) once a day for 7 days.
试验药为奥硝唑栓,对照药为甲硝唑栓,均为每日一次,每次500 mg,塞入阴道深处,疗程7 d。

【性状】
本品为乳白色至淡黄色鱼雷形栓剂。
【鉴别】
取本品1 粒，加乙醇20ml，置水浴上加热使溶化，放冷，使基质凝固， 滤过，滤液照下述方法试验： (1) 取滤液2ml,置水浴上蒸干，残渣照甲硝唑项下的鉴别(1) 项试验，显相同的反 应。 (2) 取滤液5ml ，置水浴上蒸去乙醇，残渣照甲硝唑项下的鉴别(2) 项试验，显相 同的反应。 (3) 取本品1 粒，加乙醇40ml，置水浴上加热使溶化，放冷，使基质凝固，滤过， 取滤液2ml ，置水浴上蒸去乙醇，加盐酸溶液(9→1000) 溶解并定量稀释制成每1ml 中 约含13μg 的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定，在277nm 的波长处有最大吸收， 在241nm 的波长处有最小吸收。

应符合栓剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ D）。
【含量测定】
取本品10粒，精密称定，切成碎末，精密称取适量（约相当于甲硝 唑0.1g），加醋酐20ml，置水浴上加热振摇至粉末溶化，放冷后，加孔雀绿指示液2 滴 用高氯酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定至溶液显黄绿色，并将滴定的结果用空白试验校正。 每1ml高氯酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于17.12mg的C6H9N3O3。
