| 鼻息肉 nasal polyp 发生于鼻腔内的赘生物。中医称鼻痔。鼻息肉多因平素嗜食辛辣炙煿厚味，蕴生湿热；上蒸于肺，结滞鼻窍；或风热邪毒侵袭肺经，肺气不得宣畅，积聚鼻窍所引起。主要表现为鼻窍内有一个或多个赘生物，表面光滑，色淡白或淡红，触之柔软而不痛 ，伴有持续性鼻塞 ，嗅觉减退，鼻涕增多，头痛 ，头昏等 。治疗以外治为主，可用硇砂散、明矾散等，以水或香油调匀，敷于息肉根部。内治宜清热泻湿，宣肺散结，方用辛荑清肺饮等。 |
