垂体兴奋试验
系判断下丘脑-垂体功能障碍部位的试验方法。用LHRH50μg溶于生理盐水5ml，静脉推入，于注射前及注射后15分钟、30分钟、60分钟、120分钟各取血2ml，测定血中LH含量的变化。一般于注射后15～30分钟LH值如高于注射前的2～4倍，说明垂体功能良好；如不升高或升高很少，说明垂体功能不良。
