【性状】
本品为白色片。
【鉴别】
取本品的细粉适量（约相当于熊去氧胆酸10mg），加乙醇5ml ，振摇使 熊去氧胆酸溶解，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣照熊去氧胆酸项下的鉴别(1)项试验,显相同的 反应。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品20片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于熊去氧胆 酸0.5g），加中性乙醇（对酚酞指示液显中性）40ml，振摇，使熊去氧胆酸溶解，加新 沸过的冷水20ml，照熊去氧胆酸项下的方法，自“加酚酞指示液2 滴”起，依法测定。 每1ml氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于39.26mg的C24H40O4。
