胃扩张
由于大量气体和液体积聚引起的胃和十二脂肠上段高度扩张。分为急性和慢性两种，前者为内科疾病或外科麻醉手术的重要并发症，多发生于手术后和过量饱餐后。患者感到上腹胀满或持续性胀痛，继之出现持续性呕吐，呕吐物为污浊的棕绿色或咖啡色液体。患者虽屡有呕吐，但胀饱却不因之减轻。严重者脱水、酸中毒，血压下降。后者常见于*幽门梗阻和胃无力症。治疗，急性者应暂时禁食，持续胃肠减压纠正脱水、酸碱平衡失调，必要时手术治疗；慢性者针对病因作对症处理。
