腹部切口疝
abdominal incisional hernia
指发生于腹部手术切口的疝。占腹部疝的第3位。病因：①切口感染是最主要的病因。感染后，切口瘢痕愈合，腹壁强度明显降低。预防切口感染乃是减少切口疝最重要的措施。②切口类型多见于直切口。腹壁各层肌肉(除腹直肌外)、腱膜、筋膜以及神经均为横走向，直切口切断了上述各层组织。而且该切口易哆开。③其他因素，包括腹壁薄弱及腹内压增高等。主要表现为切口处可回纳性肿物。很少发生嵌顿。检查疝块直径可达10～20cm，可扪及疝环边缘。以手术治疗为主，即切口疝修补术。
