【体操术语】

翻握:握器械的基本方法之一。也叫扭臂握,两臂旋内,两手大拇指翻向外握器械。在鞍马上成正撑和在双杠上成侧撑时,手掌翻转向外两手大拇指向后。此种握法一般来说较难。水平较高的运动员常用此种握法完成高难度动作。翻握对肩部的灵活性提出很高的要求。
