性质:又名曲张链菌素;链可变菌素。其复合物从乙酸乙酯/己烷中重结晶后,得黄色结晶。用稀碱处理后,水解为中性或弱酸性物质。在室温pH值2.0~6.0条件下稳定3~4天,在pH值7.8时2~4天后逐渐失去抗菌活性。链霉菌Streptomyces spectabilis产生的安莎类抗生素。分离出A~G与J八个组分,均为黄橙色结晶或粉末。熔点依次为200~201℃,187~189℃,189~199℃,172~175℃,198~202℃,222~224℃,190~192℃,与177~180℃;比旋度-31(氯仿)各为+160°(c=0.118),+576°(c=0.191),+602°(c=0.14),+590.3°(c=0.155),+412.3°(c=0.123),-,+473°(c=0.074)与+436°(c=0.094)。复合物具有抗革兰氏阳性菌包括结核杆菌活性,并有抑制痘苗病毒和小鼠Raucher白血病病毒依赖RNA的DNA聚合酶作用。
