不稳定型心绞痛
亦有"进行性心绞痛"、"增剧型心绞痛"、"顽固性心绞痛"、"心绞痛持续状态"、"急性冠状循环不全"、"梗塞前综合征"、"濒临心肌梗塞"等同义名称。是心绞痛的一个临床类型。指原有稳定型心绞痛的病人，在三个月内疼痛的频率、程度、诱发因素经常变动，进行性增剧或恢复为稳定型。本型心绞痛常因较轻劳动或情绪激动而诱发，故发作次数多，疼痛也较剧，发作时间较长，可超过10分钟，硝酸甘油不能立即缓解。发作时心电图可有ST波降低及T波倒置，但发作后可恢复。本型心绞痛预后较差，可发展为心肌梗塞。"不稳定型心绞痛"是介于稳定型心绞痛与急性心肌梗塞之间的过渡病型。近年来这一名称已逐步为临床采用。治疗本型心绞痛一般采用卧床休息加抗心绞痛药物至症状消失或趋于稳定状态。
