[原料/调料]
牛奶550克，糖250克，低筋粉200克，蛋清5只，巧克力粉适量。
[制作流程]
1.牛奶加糖加粉拌匀，加入打发好的蛋清。
2.将面糊浇入烤盘成圆形状，进电烤箱在180℃炉温下烘烤约15分钟。
3.卷成喇叭形，沾上融化好的巧克力裱上鲜奶即可。
注意事项：取出烤箱后要趁热及时卷，否则冷却后容易碎
