颈动脉窦


  为颈内动脉起始处的膨大部分。窦壁外膜下有丰富的感觉神经末梢,其分支末端膨大呈卵圆形,是压力感受器。当动脉血压上升时,颈动脉窦扩张,压力感受器受到的牵张刺激增强,压力感受器兴奋,向中枢发放神经冲动增多,通过中枢反射性地引起心率减慢,心肌收缩力减弱,心输出量减少,外周血管扩张,血压下降,使之接近于原先正常范围。
