| 奈瑟氏菌 Neisseriaceae 细菌的一科。革兰氏染色阴性，球形或球杆形，营呼吸代谢。球菌多呈双球菌状排列，相邻一侧扁平或略凹呈肾状；杆菌则短粗，长宽相比为（或不到）2∶1，无鞭毛，好氧。寄生的脑膜炎奈瑟氏球菌和淋病奈瑟氏球菌是重要的致病菌。脑膜炎奈瑟氏球菌是人类流行性脑脊髓膜炎的病原菌，多数菌株在初分离时有荚膜。淋病奈瑟氏球菌的形态与脑膜炎球菌近似，可引起急或慢性淋菌性尿道炎、阴道炎，主要通过性接触传播。 |
