妇产科著作。6卷。清吴谦(六吉)等编。系《医宗金鉴》卷44～49。刊于乾隆七年(1742年)。分调经、经闭、崩漏、带下、■瘕痃癖、嗣育、胎前、生育、产后、乳证、前阴、杂证共12门。书中以七言歌诀加各家集注的编例，概述妇女经、带、胎、产诸疾和女科杂病的病因证治及其方药。内容简明扼要。现存初刻本及多种清刻本、石印本；建国后有影印本、排印本，另有校注本。
