狗脊 狗脊 拼音名：Gouji 英文名：RHIZOMA CIBOTII 书页号：2000年版一部-179 本品为蚌壳蕨科植物金毛狗脊Cibotium barometz(L.)J.Sm.的干燥根茎。秋、冬二 季采挖，除去泥沙，干燥；或去硬根、叶柄及金黄色绒毛，切厚片，干燥，为“生狗脊 片”；蒸后，晒至六、七成干，切厚片，干燥，为“熟狗脊片”。
【性状】
本品呈不规则的长块状，长10～30cm，直径2～10cm。 表面深棕色，残 留金黄色绒毛；上面有数个红棕色的木质叶柄，下面残存黑色细根。质坚硬，不易折断。 无臭，味淡、微涩。生狗脊片呈不规则长条形或圆形，长5～20cm，直径2～10cm，厚1.5 ～5mm；切面浅棕色，较平滑，近边缘1～4mm处有1 条棕黄色隆起的木质部环纹或条纹， 边缘不整齐，偶有金黄色绒毛残留；质脆，易折断，有粉性。熟狗脊片呈黑棕色，质坚硬。
【鉴别】
本品横切面：表皮细胞1 列，残存金黄色的非腺毛。其内有10余列棕黄 色厚壁细胞，壁孔明显。木质部排列成环，由管胞组成，其内外均有韧皮部及内皮层， 皮层及髓，均由薄壁细胞组成，细胞充满淀粉粒，有的含黄棕色物。
【炮制】
狗脊 除去杂质；未切片者，洗净，润透，切厚片，干燥。 烫狗脊 取生狗脊片，照烫法（附录Ⅱ D）用砂烫至鼓起，放凉后除去残存绒毛。
【性味与归经】
苦、甘，温。归肝、肾经。
【功能与主治】
补肝肾，强腰脊，祛风湿。用于腰膝酸软，下肢无力，风湿痹痛。
【用法与用量】
6～12g。
【贮藏】
置通风干燥处，防潮。
