In this study, by using healthy adult as experimental object, we have observed the effect of manipulation of several kinds of needling twisting reinforcing-reducing methods on the human temperature field by Infrared thermal-image technology.
结果表明： （1）上述捻转补泻手法，在实施操作后，补法和泻法对皮肤温度场产生了不同的影响，其中，以石氏捻转补法与石氏捻转泻法对皮肤温度场所产生的不同影响最为明显，从而提示捻转补法与捻转泻法的操作对健康人体皮肤温度场的影响存在效应上的差异。

捻转补泻 捻转补泻 针刺补泻手法之一。原称子午补泻。指针刺中以向左捻转或向右捻转来区分补泻。《标幽赋》：“迎夺右而泻凉，随济左而补暖。”今多以捻转的幅度、频率和次数来分别补泻。以捻转幅度较小（180°左右）、频率较慢、次数较少者为补；以捻转幅度较大（360°以上）、频率较快、次数较多者为泻。参见子午补泻条。
