系少年体操运动员训练过度引起的慢性疲劳性骨软骨骨折。一般无急性受伤史，肘关节疼痛和伸屈受限，关节间隙可有压痛及挤压痛。早期X线摄片可无异常发现。当形成关节游离体时，肘关节可出现交锁症状，可伴有关节滑膜炎。若游离体钙化，则X线照片上可显影。早期可理疗，泼尼松龙关节内注射或者关节功能位短期固定。有移位的关节游离体者可手术摘除。
