| 阿是穴 中医以病痛局部或敏感反应点作为针灸治疗部位的腧穴。又称天应穴、不定穴。《灵枢·经筋》说：“以痛为输”，即根据痛的部位来定位。阿是穴这一名称，是《备急千金要方》开始提出来的。它既无具体的穴名，又无固定的位置，临床上多用于疼痛性病证。阿是穴在疾病诊断上也有一定参考价值，如在足三里下1～2寸间有明显压痛，结合临床右下腹部疼痛等体征，有助于阑尾炎的诊断。 |
