性质: 一种抗病毒蛋白质,也称为成纤维细胞干扰素。分子量25 000~30 000。为糖蛋白,耐酸。在哺乳动物的结缔组织中是成纤维细胞的产物。从胎儿组织或婴儿色皮中分离得到。干扰素也能从培养细胞制取,培养时使细胞在合适的载体如微珠上形成单层,微珠有很高的表面积,可提高产率。抗病毒作用强。
