Objective: To explore the effect of the Stasis eliminating and Kidney tonifying Decoction on bone marrow microenviroment and hematopoietic negative regulatory factors in aplastic anemia mice.
目的 :探讨化瘀补肾汤对再生障碍性贫血 (简称“再障”)小鼠骨髓微环境及血清造血负调控因子白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、γ干扰素 (IFNγ)的影响。
补充资料：鱼鳔补肾汤
原料：
鱼鳔10个，补骨脂20克，盐、味精适量。
做法：
鱼鳔与补骨脂一同入锅中，加水适量，放盐煮1小时，加入味精即可。
功用：
补肾益精，温阳固摄。
适应症：
肾虚不固之遗尿、遗精、夜尿频多等。
