OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study is to investigate if there is prothrombosis state in chronic idiopathic atrial fibrillation and to evaluate the effect of oral aspirin with different doses on plasma GMP140,vWF.

| 震颤 tremor 由于对抗肌群的交替性收缩引起一个关节有规律性的运 动。常见以下3种： ①帕金森氏综合征震颤 。是该病特征性运动受累表现。通常从一侧手或上肢开始，以后累及到下肢，并在数月或数年内累及至对侧。手的震颤常表现为掌指关节合并拇指的运动，称之为“搓丸”样运动，这是该病震颤的特征性表现。在下肢震颤最明显的是膝关节，可表现为屈曲和伸展样运动；在头部可发生屈曲、伸展或扭转震颤。震颤频率为4～8Hz。震颤在休息时出现（静止性震颤），当肢体作自主运动时常常暂时或完全受抑制。 ②老年性震颤。老年人发生，不同于帕金森氏综合征震颤，比较细小和快速，在自主活动中发生（活动性震颤），病情发展后也可在休息时发生。震颤发生于上肢最明显，尤以头部震颤常见，头部的节律性运动为其特点，可合并肌无力和肌强直。 ③良性或特发性家族性震颤。该型震颤属常染色体显性遗传病。常在20岁以后发病，患病率随年龄增加。姿势性震颤是本病唯一症状，震颤可能是全身性的；在手部受累时则影响精细动作，累及头部则表现为细小的点头或摇头动作。震颤频率4～8赫兹，振幅不定，在精神紧张时加剧。该病缓慢进展，而无其他神经系统异常。心得安或扑痫酮能减轻症状。 |
