pure red cell aplasia
只有红细胞系统的发育障碍，白细胞与血小板正常的贫血。骨髓中有核红细胞极度减少，红细胞寿命稍短于正常。贫血呈正色素性，网织红细胞减少或缺如。一般分为先天性与获得性两大类。
