Objective: To determine the optimum experimental conditions of the polymorphism of CCR5 gene promoter region 59029G/A detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).
目的:确定PCR-RFLP技术检测CCR5基因启动子区59029G/A多态性的最适实验条件。

Methods The polymorphism of CCR5 gene promoter 59029G/A in 163 unrelated Kunming Han type 2 diabetes (including 53 normal albuminuria DNO group, 64 microalbuminuria DN1 group and 46 macroalbuminuria DN2 group) and 60 normal control were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).
方法 运用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术，在中国昆明地区汉族人中对163例2型糖尿病患者(其中正常白蛋白尿即DN0组53例，微量白蛋白尿即DN1组64例，大量白蛋白尿即DN2组46例)和60例健康对照者的CCR5基因启动子区59029G／A多态性进行检测，并比较分析各组间基因型频率和等位基因频率以及相关临床资料。
