香辣口味蛇
主料：活蛇2条(重约1500克)。
调料：色拉油75克，盐适量，味精2克，蕃茄沙司100克，辣妹子辣椒酱50克，蚝油50克，香料5克，干椒粉50克，腐乳25克，香油少许，姜米、葱花各25克，蒜茸50克。
制法：
1.蛇经初加工，去皮，斩成8厘米长的段，待用。
2.锅放油，下姜、蒜、蕃茄沙司、香料、干椒粉煸香，加入蚝油、辣酱、腐乳略炒，放蛇段炒香，调正味。
3.将蛇置于小火上，煨熟约七成烂，淋香油，撒葱花即成。
特点：香辣鲜浓，风味独特。
营养成分：蛋白质256.5克 脂肪107.8克，糖类43克，热能2168.2千卡。
