手术名。用于治疗尿 道狭窄。在腰麻或硬膜外麻醉下，取截石位，会阴部做“∩”型切口，切开皮肤、皮下及肌 肉，彻底切除瘢痕组织，切除狭窄之尿道，行端端吻合术。后尿道狭窄，需切开膀胱，金属 探子自后尿道插入，并在其引导下寻找尿道近端，分离之，以便吻合。尿道内保留尿管3～9 周，行耻骨上膀胱造瘘，尿管与造瘘管连接以免脱落。亦可置气囊导尿管以便固定。
