Be{J ingD旧nl一Guanl一Ganbu Xueyuan北京电力管理干部学院(Beijing ElectricPower Management Cadre Institute，BEPMCI) 中国电力主管部门直属的成人高等学校。成立于1985年，原名北京水利电力管理干部学院，与华北电力学院北京研究生部实行一套班子、两块牌子的办学模式;199。年以后与北京水利电力经济管理学院实行一体化办学;1992年改为现名;1995年起与华北电力大学一体化办学。曾隶属于水利电力部、电力工业部和能源部，现隶属于国家电力公司。 北京电力管理干部学院以工科电力类为主，兼有文、管、经多种学科。现设动能工程系、电力工程系、信息系、管理系、经济系、社会科学系和基础部等;设有成人脱产本科专业6个，函授本专科专业10个。毕业总人数已达1602人。1986年起，原中共电力工业部党校(1996年改为国家电力公司党校)也设在该院内。 北京电力管理干部学院还设有电力政策与法规中心、电力可靠性培训中心、监理工程师培训点、火电、送变电企业项目经理培训点、造价工程师职业资格考前培训点和全国计算机等级考试培训及考试点等6个培训点。年培训量达3000人次。建院以来总培训量达1.5万人次。是国家经贸委审定的全国首批可承担工商管理培训的115所院校之一，从1997年7月起又被国家经贸委定为可承担全国1000家大型企业工商管理培训任务的15所院校之一。 北京电力管理干部学院位于北京市海淀区，占地面积约6万m气建筑面积5万mZ。图书馆藏书10万余册，档案资料2700余卷.该院现有教职工282人，其中专任教师132人(教授40人，副教授45人，讲师32人)。设有院办、教务、总务及基建等部门，并有与华北电力大学统一设置的人事处、分两处办公的保卫处、学生处、科研处、审计监察处和图书馆等。该院建院以来，与华北电力大学(北京)共同承担科研项目600余项，有43项先后获奖，其中3项获国家科技进步奖，23项获省部级科技进步奖，另外获国家专利5项.近5年来科技经费以年均29%的速度递增.1996年科研经费已逾千万元，先后有10多项科研成果转让给企业，其年产值总额约5.5亿元。该院曾被中国电力企业联合会授予“全国电力系统继续教育优秀培训点”，在1992年国家教委组织的成人高校教育质t检查评估中被评为“A”级;1997年国家电力公司党校被评为中央党校“办学先进单位”。
