性质:芳香族醛与脂肪族或脂肪芳香族的醛、酮、腈类等在氢氧化钠水溶液或醇钠的催化作用下发生缩合,形成α-及β-不饱和醛、酮或腈,称为克莱森-施密特反应。硝基化合物也可发生类似反应,产物经催化还原即得到在植物碱合成中重要的原料β-苯乙胺类。
