In this study, by using healthy adult as experimental object, we have observed the effect of manipulation of several kinds of needling twisting reinforcing-reducing methods on the human temperature field by Infrared thermal-image technology.
结果表明： （1）上述捻转补泻手法，在实施操作后，补法和泻法对皮肤温度场产生了不同的影响，其中，以石氏捻转补法与石氏捻转泻法对皮肤温度场所产生的不同影响最为明显，从而提示捻转补法与捻转泻法的操作对健康人体皮肤温度场的影响存在效应上的差异。

补泻手法 针刺补泻的操作方法。《针灸大成》载杨氏补泻《十二字分次第手法及歌》，各种补泻法多以手法为名，如称“苍龙摆尾手法”、“赤凤摇头手法”等。有说“补则有补中手法，泻则用泻中手法”。补泻法中有的不属于手法操作则不宜称手法，如子母补泻、呼吸补泻等，一般统称为针刺补泻法。参见该条。
