肝脏和脾脏均增大。肝脾一般在肋下能触及，当内脏下垂或横膈下降或深吸气时，肝脾才能被触及，但不超过肋下1cm，且质地较软。肝脾肿大常见于慢性肝炎、伤寒、血吸虫病、肝硬化早期、白血病时。粒细胞白血病时，可见高度脾肿大。
