Objective To investigate the distributed density and morphology of 5-HT immunoreactive cells in the gastrointestinal tract of HBK-SPF ducks of 40 Weeks Old by using anti-5-HT serum and the origin of their distribution pattern as well as the relationship between cell morphology and function had been discussed.
目的应用5-HT抗血清研究40周HBK-SPF鸭胃肠道内的5-HT免疫活性细胞的分布密度及形态,并探讨其分布型的成因及细胞形态与功能的关系。

方法采用剖腹摘取子宫术,在无菌隔离器内以人工哺乳方法将仔兔培育成无菌兔,再将双岐杆菌等肠道正常菌接种到无菌兔体内,使其成为SPF兔;对SPF环境中植入肠道正常菌兔和未植菌兔离乳后生长性能进行观察比较。
