性质:又名烟曲霉酸。烟曲霉Aspergillus umigatus、头孢霉Cephalosporium caerulens与翅孢壳Emericetlopsis terricola等产生的甾体类抗生素。;白色针状结晶,熔点215~220℃(分解)。旋光度-132º(c=0.4,氯仿)。紫外吸收光谱231nm(logε4.24)。溶于热乙醇、氯仿、丙酮、苯与乙醚,微溶于冷乙醇、水与石油醚。结构与镰孢菌酸相似,抗菌作用亦相似,主要抗革兰氏阳性细菌,未广泛应用。
