性质:一种对钙离子有高度亲和性的蛋白质,分子量25 000~28 000,其组成中含有大量的二羧基氨基酸(即谷氨酸和天冬氨酸)及赖氨酸。一分子钙结合蛋白能结合四个钙离子。主要的生物学功能是参与钙的运载,从而也促进钙的吸收。该蛋白在十二指肠黏膜细胞中含量最多,此处钙的吸收也最活跃。
