经腹子宫次全切除术
经腹子宫次全切除术是经腹将子宫体在相当于内口或峡部以上处切除，保留子宫颈。手术步骤较简单，适应证和禁忌证同子宫全切术。手术前半部分同子宫全切术，仅在下推膀胱至宫颈内口稍下方，钳夹切断，缝合子宫动脉上行支，切除子宫体后，用肠线“8”字缝合宫颈残端、盆腹膜，逐层关腹。
