[原料]黑芝麻250克，山药250克，制何首乌250克 .
[做法]将黑芝麻洗净，晒干，炒熟，研为细粉。将怀山药洗净，切片，烘干，研为细粉。将制何首乌片烘干，研为细粉，与芝麻粉、山药粉混合拌匀，瓶装备用。
[用法]每日2次，每次25克，入锅，用温开水调成稀糊状，置于火上炖熟即成。
[作用]健脾补肾，养血益精。脾肾亏虚型贫血，症见面色萎黄或苍白，头晕，乏力，畏寒肢冷，腰膝酸痛，舌淡苔白，脉沉细。
[评注]黑芝麻擅长补肝肾，益精血。山药益气健脾。制何首乌为补肝肾，益精血佳品。以上3味研粉，调成糊状食用，口感与冲服藕粉相似。本食疗方对脾肾亏虚型贫血有明显作用，可广泛应用于营养不良性贫血，对慢性再生障碍性贫血也有一定疗效。
