子宫内膜癌的预防
子宫内膜癌的病因尚不清楚，其高危因素有月经失调、不孕、高血压、糖尿病、肥胖、放疗史以及肿瘤家族史等，对治疗更年期综合征，骨质疏松，老年性阴道炎等疾病，可使用雌激素替代治疗。预防措施有：①合理使用雌激素：使用时间不宜过长，并与孕激素联合使用，防止发生子宫内膜癌；②慎重使用三苯氧胺：加强对乳腺及子宫内膜监测；③对年龄较大的月经失调患者，应积极诊治，及早发现癌前病变和相应治疗，以降低子宫内膜癌发生的危险性。
