性质:棱形结晶,熔点246~248℃。以2-羟乙基吡啶为原料制得。对副交感神经末梢具抗乙酰胆碱作用而产生解痉、胃液分泌抑制及抗溃疡作用。与对唾液分泌的抑制作用、瞳孔放大或排尿抑制作用相比,本品的解痉作用的选择性与同类药噻哌溴胺相同,适用于胃炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡、肠炎、过敏性大肠综合征,胆囊、胆道疾病等的痉挛及运动功能亢进。
