性质:又名威猛。本品为中性亲脂性物质,几乎不溶于水,溶于有机溶剂。以从植物中提取的鬼臼毒素为原料,经缩合、还原、缩合而制得本品,为表鬼臼毒的半合成衍生物。为抗肿瘤药,作用为VP-16的5~10倍,与VP-16有交叉耐药。临床主要用于小细胞肺癌,急性淋巴白血病、神经母细胞瘤和淋巴瘤。
