化脓性腮腺炎

腮腺的化脓性炎症。一般发生于严重伤寒、斑疹伤寒、白喉及猩红热等病之后。临床表现为单侧的腮腺肿大，腺体表面皮肤有明显的红肿，触诊有波动感，挤压腺体时可见腮腺开口处有脓性分泌物。本病无并发症，治疗以抗感染为主。
