脊神经后根切断术
incision post root of spinal nerve

指切断脊神经的后根,以阻断感觉神经进入脊髓的传导通路,从而解除该脊神经分布区域的疼痛。由于脊神经的重叠支配,需同时切断3根邻近的脊神经后根,才能获得一带状感觉缺失。该手术仅适用于疼痛界限特别清楚且范围不大的病例。
