  系正常骨髓中的一种能生成血小板的成熟细胞,前身为颗粒巨核细胞。该细胞体积巨大,成熟的巨核细胞边缘部分破裂脱落后形成血小板。每个巨核细胞平均能生成2000个左右的血小板。
