【制法】
取适宜辅料制成片芯，外包含有醋酸甲地孕酮的糖衣。
【性状】
本品为糖衣片。
【鉴别】
取含量测定项下的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定，在288nm 的 波长处有最大吸收。
【检查】
其他甾体 取本品的细粉适量，加无水乙醇适量，振摇使醋酸甲地孕酮 溶解并定量稀释成每1ml 中含2mg 的溶液，滤过，取续滤液作溶液(1) ；精密量取适量 ，加无水乙醇稀释成每1ml 中含0.04mg的溶液作为溶液(2) 。照醋酸甲地孕酮项下的方 法检查，溶液(1) 显示的各杂质峰面积及其总和分别不得大于溶液(2) 主峰面积的1/2 和3/4 。 含量均匀度 取本品1 片，置研钵中研细，用无水乙醇适量移至100ml 量瓶中，加 无水乙醇至刻度，摇匀，滤过，取续滤液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在288nm 的波 长处测定吸收度，按C24H32O4吸收系数（Ｅ1% 1cm）为630 计算出每片含醋酸甲地孕酮 的量，含量均匀度限度为±20％，应符合规定（附录Ⅹ E）。 其他 应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品20片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于醋酸甲地 孕酮10mg），置100ml 量瓶中，加无水乙醇适量，振摇，使溶解，用无水乙醇稀释至刻 度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液5ml ，置50ml量瓶中，加无水乙醇至刻度，摇匀，照 分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）在288nm 的波长处测定吸收度，按C24H32O4的吸收系数（E1% 1cm）为630 计算，即得。
