狼疮康复丸是由黄芪、制何首乌等药味制成的复方制剂，具有宁心健脾、滋养肝肾、清热解毒、活血蠲痹之功效，主治心脾失调、肝肾阴虚、气血瘀滞证的系统性红斑狼疮，狼疮性肾炎等病证。

| 臁疮 发生于小腿下1／3胫骨脊两旁（臁部）肌肤之间的慢性溃疡。明代《外科启玄》称之为裤口毒、裙边疮等。又因其患病后长年不敛，愈后每易复发而称老烂脚，即现代医学的小腿慢性溃疡。多因湿热下注，瘀血凝滞经络所致。局部常有破损或湿疹等病史。证见局部初起痒痛红肿，破流脓水，甚则腐烂，皮肉灰暗、久不收口。治宜清热利湿，和营解毒。用萆薢化毒汤；久不愈者，宜补养气血，和营解毒。宜用十全大补汤化裁，外用金黄膏掺九一丹贴敷。久不收口者，用夹纸膏加缠缚法，或用细白砂糖撒满，胶布牢贴。护理上，使患足抬高，减少走动，加强营养以促进疮口愈合，愈合后应避免外伤，引起复发。 |
