经皮肾输尿管取石术
介入放射学技术。在影像设备引导下，经皮穿刺肾造口，行肾盂输尿管取石的方法。体外震波碎石(ESWL)可处理多数肾和输尿管结石，但不能替代经皮肾、输尿管取石。一般认为，肾结石小于2～2.5cm时可以用ESWL单独治疗；分支或鹿角状结石先经皮取石后，再以ESWL处理残留碎片。经皮取石做为首选的有：①体积较大的结石。②危及尿引流的结石。③结石不能经ESWL处理。④内科疾病和病人体重过重。⑤复杂结石。⑥肾下盏结石。
